Yes. Now that all of that is done (see previous post), we just sit and wait. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we didn't do too much. One of those days, I made dinner for everyone. I found 2 recipes on Pinterest. The main dish was a Citrus Lemon Chicken dish. Quite yummy. The other one was a Greek roasted potato dish. That one was good, but looked bad. The recipe called for feta cheese to be sprinkled on top of the oven roasted potatoes, but Ukraine feta cheese is way different than American. It has more of a consistency of cream cheese. It tastes very good and I love it, but it didn't look so good on these potatoes. On Wednesday morning Dave hosts a Bible Study for the other men members of their team and we joined with these four other guys for time in God's Word and prayer. On Thursday evening we took the marshrutka to Father's House to visit Liliya. We went to the Country Club Café across the street for pizza. We told Liliya that we wanted pizza with mozzarella cheese and olives. What we got: pizza with mozzarella cheese, olives, corn, chicken, and peppers. Oh well. We tried. We had a nice visit with her and then came back to the apartment. An uneventful trip there and back.
